EVENTS 2004-2005
The various functions held in the year 2004-2005
March 2004 - AGM was held at the HK Country Club and Mrs. Deborah Sims gave a talk on the merits of botox and it's pros and cons.
April 2004 - Cards drive held at the Ladies Recreation Club. Mrs. Kala Mohan was honored and a handsome cheque was presented to the Children's Cancer Fund.
May 2004 - Enormously popular fashion show held by Tabla at the HK County Club. Members and guests relished in the afternoon tea that was served afterwards.
June 2004 - Husbands included at the martini madness demonstration organized at Club Drop.
October 2004 - For the first time ever, a Diwali luncheon was co-hosed together with the Kowloon Indian Ladies Group at the Grand Hyatt. There was a fabulous fashion show presented by Sanskrit.
November 2004 - Laughter Club held a session on the lawns of the HK Country Club. What a great therapy to relieve all that stress!
December 2004 - Students Aids Society, once again, were the benefactors of our Christmas luncheon at the India Club.
January 2004 - Chinese New Year luncheon held for the Helping Hand elderly with the oldest "couple" being crowned king and queen of the afternoon!
